Responsibilities

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and managing client relationships. This role involves researching market trends, developing strategic plans, and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. The Business Development Executive will collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives.

  • Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Generate leads and conduct cold calls, emails, and meetings to pitch company products/services to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while continuously seeking opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services/products.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies to support business development efforts.
  • Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and pitches to clients, highlighting the unique value proposition of our offerings.

Skills/Experience

  • 3+ Years of experience in Information Technologies Industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, or related field. (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities.
  • Adaptability to changing market conditions and business priorities.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
